To find your bib number, search your inbox for “Dorsais de todos os inscritos” or “Dorsal” and the name of the event.

TO PICK UP ANOTHER ATHLETE’S PARTICIPANT KIT, YOU MUST PRESENT THE SAME DOCUMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE.

The start of 21km Half Marathon and the 10km Race will be divided into waves. Each wave corresponds to the athletes' level of physical preparation.

REGISTRATION

I registered, but haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do?

As soon as you complete your payment, you automatically receive two emails:
Bib – Discoveries Half Marathon
All Participants' Bibs – Discoveries Half Marathon
If you don’t find them, check your spam or junk folder.

I forgot to pay the registration fee. Now what?

You have 24 hours to complete the payment. If that time passes, the registration is canceled and you will need to register again.

How can I change my starting wave?

To change your starting wave, send an email to geral@xistarca.pt with your expected finish time, including your name and bib number. If you're requesting to enter the Elite wave, you must include proof of your time.

Can I switch race category after registering?

Yes, just send an email to geral@xistarca.pt with your name and bib number. Attention: If there is a price difference to pay, you will receive new payment instructions. If the new race is cheaper, no refund will be issued.

I can’t select my t-shirt size. What should I do?

The available sizes depend on the stock set before the event. If you're no longer able to select a size, it means it’s sold out.

I chose the wrong t-shirt size. What can I do?

You can send an email to geral@xistarca.pt requesting the change up to 2 weeks before the event. After that, we will no longer be able to process the t-shirt size change.

A friend registered me. How can I change my personal details?

Only the athlete who completed the registration can request this change. The request must be made before the event by sending an email to geral@xistarca.pt with your bib number and the new participant’s information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number).

PARTICIPATION KIT / EVENT DAY

I didn’t buy the medal engraving. What should I do?

You can purchase the medal engraving during the collection of the Participation Kit or on the event day, at a designated area for this service.

When can I collect my participation kit?

You can check all the information HERE

I can’t collect the kit on the indicated days. Are there any alternatives?

Yes, you can ask someone to pick it up for you. They must know your bib number, name and date of birth

Can I collect my bib number on the event day?

On the day of the event, there will be no bib pick-up. Make sure you collect your kit on the designated delivery days.
You also have the option of inscrição VIP which grants access to bib pick-up on the day of the event.

Is there a bag drop to store my belongings?

s, there will be a designated area where you can leave your belongings between 08:00 and 13:00.To use it, you need to show your bib number and there will be a cost of 1 euro.

DIPLOMAS & PRIZES

How can I see my race diploma?

After the event, the results will be available at https://xistarca.pt/resultados.

What prizes are there?

Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall finishers, male and female, in both the 21km and 10km races, and one trophy to the largest team. All participants who cross the finish line with their bib number will receive a finisher medal. There are no age group prizes.

My result is not showing. What should I do?

If you have any questions or need to correct something in the results, send an email to resultados@xistarca.pt.

CANCELLATION

I can no longer participate. What now?

We understand that plans can change. We do not offer cancellations, but you may transfer your registration to another person. Simply send an email to geral@xistarca.pt with your bib number and the new participant’s information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number).
